Memorial Service

Christmas Memorial Service

Families are invited to join us in the tranquil surroundings of the chapel at Lea Fields Crematorium for our annual Christmas memorial service. Held over two consecutive days, 6pm on Friday 5th December and 12pm on Saturday 6th December, the service will be your opportunity to reflect and remember loved ones, whether recently lost or long-since passed. Attendance is open to everyone, and there is no requirement to have held a funeral with us.

In preparation for the service, families are welcome to send us a photo of their loved one by email, to be included in a memorial slideshow shown during the time for reflection. During the service there will be time to remember loved ones, and for you to dedicate a tribute in their memory. You’ll also be invited to write a message on one of our hand-crafted stars, which can then be placed upon our tree. Remembered souls, loved and free, shine their light upon our tree.

Following each service, light refreshments will be served, providing time to connect with others and meet our compassionate team, who are here to support you at any time. For those unable to attend in person, a live webcast of each service will be available and accessible via our website during and after the event. You are also welcome to share a message of love or remembrance along with a photo of your loved one through our online dedication facility. We look forward to welcoming family and friends as we honour those we hold close in our hearts.
