Cliff Bradley & Sons Funeral Directors is an independently owned and run funeral director and funeral home, based in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. We are a registered company established in England and Wales (company number 03818137), whose registered office is based on Heaton Street in Gainsborough. Cliff Bradley & Sons Funeral Directors are responsible for, and data controller of, personal information that it receives about you, which might include contact information (postal address, email and telephone), billing history such as invoices and statements, specific details relating to any of the services we have provided you (funeral care, funeral plans) and any personal information you have passed through to us. Anonymous IP address and pages visited information is also collected from visitors to the website.
Cliff Bradley & Sons Funeral Directors is a joint data controller for the personal information it receives in relation to funeral plans, and any product or service which involves the services of a third party company. We may need to pass your details onto third parties who are either contracted to, or work in conjunction with us, to provide the products or services you have instructed us to provide. Any third parties who we do pass your details onto are obliged to store your details securely and only process them if responding to you on our behalf.
