New Donation Platform

For those recently bereaved, the past year and the imposed restrictions at funeral services have been particularly upsetting. A funeral should be a celebration of one’s life, a time for family, friends and acquaintances to say their final goodbyes together, supporting one another whilst united in grief. Unfortunately, with limited numbers allowed at funerals, as well as restrictions during the service itself, many might not have had the send off they had wanted, which is heartbreaking for everyone involved, including us.

With the above in mind, and striving to further support bereaved families in their time of need, we have recently launched our new obituary and donation platform, provided in partnership with Much Loved. This new facility transforms the way that people can interact via our website, allowing mourners, extended family and friends to leave a message of condolence, light a candle and pay their respects. Visitors can also quickly and easily make a charitable donation in memory of the deceased, with all proceeds sent directly to the benefacting cause.

We hope that this new facility in some way provides comfort for our families, and helps to fill the void enforced by social distancing and any ongoing restrictions with regards to attendance at funerals. You can browse our latest obituaries, support those in your community, and donate to a worthy cause by clicking or tapping the button below.
