Bowls Tournament

As premier sponsors of Beckingham Bowls Club, we recently presented trophies and cash prizes at an open pairs bowls tournament in Beckingham, marking the 70th anniversary of their club. 56 bowlers from Gainsborough and the surrounding areas competed in a fierce battle from 10am to 6pm, with food and refreshments kindly prepared by club members and their partners.

The winners were Liz and Jim Seal from Epworth, who beat Peter Carroll and Colin Dunks in the final. Freda and Jim Allsopp took third spot, with Ordsall’s George Hilton and Jamie Voase finishing fourth. Photographed, the winners and runner-up’s were presented with prizes by Carlton Bradley and Edward Kliszcz. Dedicated to the local community, Cliff Bradley & Sons are proud to support local teams, recognising and appreciating sporting talent.
